The hotel is in a prime location, near shopping spots and not too far from the metro. The rooms are quite spacious but could do with a touch-up over time. The hotel's location at Gaensemarkt is excellent, with easy access to Reeperbahn, the harbour, and nice shopping areas. The rooms, though modern and comfortable with two double beds, were a bit far from our friends on the 5th floor. The service was highly helpful and service-minded, especially at the check-in counter for conflict resolution. Dining was excellent but a bit pricey at 56 euros for 2 persons. Overall, a great value for money option with a couple of minor inconveniences.
