The hotel's location at Gaensemarkt is excellent, with easy access to Reeperbahn, the harbour, and nice shopping areas. The rooms, though modern and comfortable with two double beds, were a bit far from our friends on the 5th floor. The service was highly helpful and service-minded, especially at the check-in counter for conflict resolution. Dining was excellent but a bit pricey at 56 euros for 2 persons. Overall, a great value for money option with a couple of minor inconveniences.
